Ringers Trading Cards

Sports cards are significant to many, including myself. I’ve always enjoyed the iconic designs and remarkable attention to detail. In my opinion, the older trading cards are the best. They feature the strongest elements and deliver the most nostalgic feeling. With that in mind, I created my own brand of sports cards that are all retro-themed featuring a bit of a modern twist. The logo itself feels very old-school, as I took inspiration from past baseball logos. The palette is vibrant, reminiscent of that era’s style. The cards themselves are also designed to fit that aesthetic. Throughout the 80s, it was common for cards to have borders to add depth and appear more polished, so I gave my designs a unique border as well. The fonts for the team names are large, which makes them more prominent and recognizable.
